Software Availability Policy

All created software made available by Xanwo will be subject to contract obligations and deliverables time lines.

Refund policy

All applications made available have a 30 full refund policy unless otherwise specified in contracts between Xanwo and the receiving party. After 30 days not refunds will be available

Cancellation policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime and you will receive a prorated refund up until the 1/2 way point of the subscription. Once you have gone past the 1/2 way point, you will receive no refunds and your subscription will end as the last day of your term i.e. if you have a monthly subscription and cancel after the mid day of the month, you will not get a refund.
